Tasting Notes
One of the greatest Cabernet Sauvignons yet made by the Staglins is the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate 30th Anniversary. It boasts a dense ruby/purple color along with a big, sweet bouquet of cr�me de cassis, camphor, incense, blackberries and high quality, subtle toast in the background. There is great fruit on the attack and the wine fills out beautifully in the mid-palate. Full-bodied and opulent, this is a classic yet voluptuous example of the 2012 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon crop.
