Description
Until 2003, this Domaine was closely associated with the La Chablisienne cooperative - a collection of nearly 300 wine growers that was created in 1923 and which is responsible for close to 25% of all Chablis produced. Producer Nathalie Fèvre's skills were honed while serving as a chef de cave with La Chablisienne. It was the well-earned reputation for the quality of their vineyards that inspired the Fèvres to leave the relative security of the cooperative and focus on releasing their own wines. This mineral-driven wine is sourced from vines in excess of 30 years of age.
