Description
In 2001 Emiliana Vineyards became the first Chilean winery to adopt the international standards of care and protection of the environment through the ISO 14001. This blend of 88% Syrah, 7% Merlot, and 5% Viognier offers aromas and flavours of black pepper, cherry, smoke and vanilla. Perfect with barbecued ribs coated in a spicy sauce. Free sulphur: 18 mg/L.
Tasting Notes
Rich and dark with fleshy blackberries and black plums. Full-bodied with smoky, toasty oak core. This was the first Chilean winery to adopt the international environmental standards of the ISO 14001 back in 2001. This organic wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Viognier grapes. A dazzling display with depth, richness and concentration. Enjoy it tonight with your favourite grass-fed beef dish.
