Tasting Notes
The 2008 Cantos del Diablo is 100% Garnacha fermented with all of its stems for texture. Deep crimson-colored, it offers up an enthralling, high-toned nose of cherry and floral aromas, Asian spices, and incense. Sweet, rich, and amazingly concentrated, this already complex effort will evolve for 3-4 years and drink well from 2014 to 2023 if not longer. Score - 96. (Jay Miller, erobertparker.com, April 2010)
