94-96 points thewinedoctor.com, Chris Kissack Low intervention, organic single vineyard Loire Gamay. Serol is the benchmark producer in the Cote Roannaise. Super high density planting, 8500 vines per hectare. Partial whole cluster, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged 11 months in wooden tank. Seriously structured Gamay that puts cru Beaujolais to shame.
