TASTING NOTE: The 2007 Pinot Noir Dundee Hills was aged in 20% new oak for 12 months. Medium ruby-colored, it offers up a lovely perfume of cinnamon, allspice, rose petal, cherry, and raspberry. On the palate it displays medium body, an elegant personality, vibrant acidity to balance the savory flavors, and a lengthy finish.
