Tasting Notes
A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan from the strong 2009 vintage, this wine certainly commands attention. There is nice depth to the nose with ripe black cherry, raspberry, cherry and pomegranate. Dry, it has very good structure. Medium bodied and well made with plenty of ripe fruit here supported wonderfully by soft tannins. Culminates in a fruity and dry finish. Enjoy with venison or beef brisket.
