Tasting Notes
Crafted by Christian Moueix through the Dominus Estate, Othello is made for the export market, and currently only sold in Japan and Ontario. The 2007 vintage, the second for Ontario, is almost Bordeaux-like in its aromas, flavours and structure. Graphite, spring field, cassis and raspberry are the prime aromas. It is dry with pretty fruit and a very good, elegant structure. Medium full-bodied with a medium-long finish. Enjoy it tonight (decanted) with a rack of lamb or cellar it 3-5 years.
