Tasting Notes
Pale straw colour with a very good mousse. Riesling's touchstone aromas of peach, mineral, grapefruit/citrus come through beautifully in this well-made bubbly. Quite dry and fresh with fruit around the acids. The fizz is nicely handled. A palate-refresher between courses, or try it with crab cakes. (VINTAGES panel, May 2011)
