Offering captivating complexity on the nose, with layered notes of caramel, apple, spice, almond, pear and toast. The palate is dry, equally complex and exciting, with almonds, sweet toast and lovely fruit replays. There is an intriguing salty note mid-palate followed by a long and flavourful finish.
