Tasting Notes
Hazy silvery gray color. Creamy banana rice pudding and baked sweet potato aromas with an effervescent dry-yet-fruity medium body and a fresh pear and apple cider palate and a tangy finish. A truly excellent sparkling sake. Exceptional. Score - 91. (tastings.com, June 7, 2011)
