Tasting Notes
The Lurton brothers began working in Argentina with Catena in 1992 before establishing their own bodega there in 1996. This wine has a beautiful pale rose-petal-red colour. The nose is complex, offering suggestions of ripe red apple, earth, wild raspberry and sweet herbs. Dry and medium bodied, this is quite a robust rosé with great depth of fruit on the palate, and a fresh, tangy finish. Enjoy with lightly smoked herbed salmon, chicken fajitas, or spiced pork kebabs.
