Tasting Notes
Made with Nebbiolo and Barbera plus a pinch of Dolcetto, this Langhe Rosso is crafted in a modern style, and shows aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, cherry, smoke and chalk. Dry and softly fruity, but with a pleasing racy acidity bringing balance. A wine to enjoy now with stuffed veal tenderloin, plus it will reward 1-3 years (maybe more) in a cellar.
