The wines of Ferro13 showcase Italy's principal grapes and regions. The Nerd celebrates Nero d'Avola: the leading red grape in Sicily, long used as a blending grape. Once prized for the tannic grip, body and colour it brings to these blends, in recent years it's become a star single-varietal wine, with its floral, dark fruit tones given full rein.
