Description
Though new to Vintages, the Hébrart clan have been producing Champagne since 1964. They grow their own grapes on sixty-five different sites throughout the region.
Tasting Notes
The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is another wonderful, elegant wine from Hebrart. It blossoms on the palate with a rich, textured expression of Chardonnay fruit. This is a decidedly rich, weighty Blanc de Blancs that flows with substantial energy and polish, not to mention fabulous overall balance. The Chardonnay comes predominantly from Chouilly and Oiry although 10% comes from Mareuil-sur-Ay. This release is mostly the 2007 vintage, with 10% 2006. Dosage was 7.5 grams per liter.
