Tasting Notes
Barely there very light pink colour, more accurately described as brassy orange-yellow with aromas of biscuits/freshly baked bread, apricot, apple, red grapefruit and hay. Dry, racy and fresh with savoury fruit notes on top of it all. Good mousse. A palate refresher, or enjoy with turkey dinner, or oysters with horseradish and lemon. (VINTAGES panel, Sept. 2011)
