Tasting Notes
There is evidence that wines have been produced on this site since 1779, when it was recorded that Domenico Francheschini supplied his own wines for the celebration of masses in the estate's chapel. This younger cousin of Brunello has an inviting floral tone, wilth berry, spice, juniper, vanilla and cedar aromas all well represented. Dry, medium bodied with a lovely fresh raspberry focus on the palate. More spice, cedar and red fruit prominent with good tannins and acidity. A nice length to the finish. Delicious.
