Description
This wine is a blend of mostly Grenache Blanc and Viognier with a touch of Clairette. To retain the bright aromatics of the varieties used, the wines are matured, separately, in stainless steel vats. The resulting blend features aromas of pear, spring flowers, grapefruit and melon. Dry and flavourful, it is expertly balanced by crisp acidity. Enjoy this wine with a variety of seafood dishes, such as grilled prawns, calamari or crab legs.
