Tasting Notes
Lots of pine and conifer characteristics emerge from the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon District Collection Howell Mountain. Medium to full-bodied, it offers complex truffle and truffle nuances, terrific sweetness in its blue fruits, and impeccable balance. It's great today but will cruise for 15-20+ years in good cellars.
