Tasting Notes
Superb bubbly from an excellent Niagara producer, brimming with rich pineapple and baked-apple, subtle bread dough and a nuance of mineral. Flat Rock bravely uses no cork on any wine - to ensure freshness and guard against cork taint - and this comes sealed with a crown cap. Score - 91. (Beppi Crosariol, The Globe and Mail, May 15, 2012)
