Tasting Notes
Medium ruby colour with aromas of sour cherry, blueberry, cedar and freshly turned earth. Dry, well-structured with fine fruit surrounded by moderate tannins and a good acid core. Medium bodied with a fairly long finish. Exquisite balance throughout. Cellar 3-4+ years, or enough it tonight with stuffed veal tenderloin. (David Churchill, VINTAGES, July 2011)
