Gian-Carla 'Gia' Coppola is a film director, screenwriter, and granddaughter to Francis Ford Coppola, who is a legend in both wine and film. This wine is made by giving Sauvignon Blanc extended skin contact, which imparts extra colour along with layers of apricot marmalade, honey, white tea and kumquat. Pair with curry dishes, kimchi or sushi.
