This top-notch Cab Franc won a Silver Medal at the 2010 InterVin International Wine Awards. The fruit was sourced from Pearl Family Vineyards located in the Creek Shores, and Seeger Vineyard in the Niagara River. Both vineyards were harvested quite late in the season, in early November, as fine autumn weather blessed Niagara. Look for enticing notes of raspberry, spice and tobacco in this deeply coloured wine. Will make a fine partner for herbed steaks or barbecued leg of lamb.
