Tio Pepe remains a reference for the category...The nose has that classic sherry-flor character with nutty, blanched almond, brioche, fresh dough, dehydrated citrus and pear aromas. The palate is bone dry and mouth-salivating, fullish though balanced with 15% alcohol, and that crazy finish lingers on and on.
