Tasting Notes
'Trivento' translates to 'Three Winds,' and refers to the Polar, Sudestada and Zonda winds that moderate the temperature in the vineyards. This Chardonnay exhibits aromas of ripe golden apple, melon, pineapple and a touch of a spice. The palate is dry, round and full, but retains a pleasing elegance. Lovely tropical fruit is nicely harmonized with a lemony acidity and toasty oak. A tasty addition to holiday meals, this will pair with white turkey meat, or roasted pork dishes.
