Tasting Notes
Very engaging fruit aromas here, with good citrus notes accentuated by a lifted floral. Dry, soft and medium bodied; the palate is fresh, balanced, lively and quite complex and delicious. A nice consistency throughout the fairly long finish. Enjoy with Salmon Tartar. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2011)
