Tasting Notes
Our panel was very impressed with this wine. Aromas of cherry, plum, prune and cola burst from the glass. Dry and fruity, but very nicely balanced by fine tannins and fresh acidity. Nice fruit-driven finish makes this wine perfectly approachable now with beef from a slow-cooker. It will also evolve admirably in cellar for up to 3 years. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2011)
