Produced using Veneto's famous appassimento method, a portion of the grapes used in this wine are dried prior to fermentation, resulting in great flavour concentration and body.This third casting of the Magician is uses 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Shiraz. Rich and lush wine, this will deliver a fruit filled, chocolate toned, supple and velvety taste experience. Perfect for pork tenderloin, or hard white cheeses.
