Tasting Notes
This unique Single Cask Scotch hails from an independent bottler. Brilliant golden colour in the glass, with a beautifully complex nose of saltwater taffy, peanut brittle, marmalade, saddle leather, pipe tobacco and a touch of honey. Quite spicy on the palate though the texture is ultra-smooth and refined. Exquisite. An inspired gift idea for the Scotch connoisseur who has (nearly) everything. (VINTAGES panel, July 2011)
