Tasting Notes
Aromas of cocoa, vanilla, spice, cherry and plum. Lovely replays on the palate with dark chocolate, cherry, and a soft-smoky complexity. A very well-structured wine that closes with a long, juicy finish. This will reward 3+ in the cellar, but would make a great companion wine tonight for roasted meats and aged cheeses.
