Description
Terre di Sava was founded in 2008, by Mauro di Maggio and Angelo Cotugno, to create wines of Puglia that reflect its terroir. This Primitivo, from the Manduria region and aged for four months in French barriques, is one such example. Look for spicy cherry, plum, vanilla and cocoa aromas and flavours. This ripe, balanced wine is a good choice for gourmet sausges, hamburgers or even grilled eggplant.
