TASTING NOTE: Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2008 The Stirlings Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced notes of ripe black currant, crushed black berries and warm plums over notes of pencil lead, black pepper, cloves and cedar. Medium-full bodied, it has crisp acid, firm finely grained tannins and mouth-filling berry and black pepper flavors lingering long into the finish. Drink this one 2012 to 2022+.
