Tasting Notes
This wine won a Gold Medal at the 2011 Concours Général Agricole in Paris. Pale lemon in colour, with vibrant aromas of spring flowers, honeysuckle, sweet pear, citrus zest and mineral. Medium bodied, and quite dry, with zippy acidity counterpointing all the rich, ripe fruit character. Excellent balance and purity, with a tangy, precise finish sporting some nice fresh lime and grapefruit notes. Cellar 2-4 years, or enjoy it tonight with barbecued salmon steaks.
