Tasting Notes
Medium garnet colour suggests maturity, but still developing on the nose and palate. Look for raspberry, wet earth, mushroom, sandalwood and plum aromas. Dry, sweetly fruity with silky tannins and soft acids. Ready to drink with lots of sweet and smoky oak on the end. Try it with meat-based pasta dishes, smoky ribs or spicy chicken.
