Tasting Notes
A delicious blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Marsanne, this offers a wonderful nose of citrus, banana, pineapple, mineral, Bosc pear and white flowers. The palate is dry, crisp and adds a touch of orange zest to the mix before closing with a bright minerality on the finish. Simply delicious, this will match well with tray-baked lemon sole.
