Tasting Notes
The 2007 Aragone is a blend of Sangiovese, Alicante, Syrah and Carignano. Racy dark red cherries, flowers, earthiness and licorice are some of the nuances that flow from this textured, expressive wine. In 2007, Aragone sits on the razor's edge of over ripeness; coming close, but never going over the top. A refined, polished finish serves to balance some of the more opulent qualities.
