Description
This wine was the only Chardonnay selected in 2012 as winner of a the Lieutenant Governor's Award for Excellence in Ontario Wines.
Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of buttered toast, yellow apple, banana peel, pineapple and sandalwood. Quite robust and very flavourful, with a ripe fruit core surrounded by toasty notes. Pair with smoked turkey or cedar-planked trout. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2013)
