As part of their commitment to eco-conscious farming, Emiliana employs chickens, moved through the vineyards in coops equipped with wheels, to help combat insect pests. This is a delicious Carmenère with black cherry, spice, vanilla and leather aromas. The palate is dry, full bodied and crisp, with lush fruit and spice notes, and a medium-long finish.
