Tasting Notes
Attractive yellow-gold colour suggests this Riesling might be medium in sweetness at the very least. It comes as a pleasant shock when it is quite dry. Aromas suggest passion fruit, peach, ripe apricot and mineral. It is still very fruity, but the fresh, enticing acids dry it right down. The finish is quite long and evolving. Cellarable 2-4 years, or tonight with roast pork. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2012)
