Description
Château Burgozone is home to the remains of an ancient Roman fortress which once guarded a section of the road that connected Belgrade with Constantinople. These remains, and the culture they recall, are evidence of Bulgaria's long and storied winemaking history.
Tasting Notes
This Chardonnay delivers aromas of butter, tropical fruit, gravel and nuts. Dry, balanced and fruity on the palate with good minerality and a buttery mouthfeel. Enjoy with baked chicken breasts in a cream sauce. (VINTAGES panel, April 2011)
