Tasting Notes
Malbec made in the traditional Cahors style. Lots of licorice, dark plum, blueberry, vanilla and floral on the nose. Dry and very firmly tannic, suggesting excellent cellaring potential at a great price. Give this 3-5 years for the tannins to soften, or decant and enjoy tonight with grilled-rare meats.
