Tasting Notes
This wine is sourced from vines averaging 35 years of age planted in gravelly clay-limestone. It spent 12 months in oak, one third of which was new, and the final blend was composed in stainless steel where it spent a further three months before bottling. It will show rose petal, dark fruit, red berry, mocha, vanilla and incense tones and evolve through 2028+.
