Tasting Notes
The sunny 2009 vintage of the Côte d'Or is on fine display here. Very engaging aromas of ripe raspberry with touches of earth and smoke. The palate is dry, medium bodied and crisp with good balance and a ripe fruit centre. Perfectly situated fine tannins, and a tart finish. Try this with salmon steaks, or a portobello mushroom burger.
