Pale yellow. Precise, high-pitched aromas of lime, lemongrass, mint and minerals. Lively and strikingly precise, showing a very firm spine to its citrus and floral flavors without coming off as austere. Quite nervy, even metallic, on the pure, incisive, long finish.
