Tasting Notes
Enotria means 'Land of Wine' and this is a charming blend of two grape varieties: the authentic Cretan Kotsifali (60%) and the French originated Syrah (40%). The wine is fresh and not intended for ageing. This is a rich rose-coloured wine, similar to the colour of the grains of a pomegranate, with gentle orange hues. The aroma is reminiscent of strawberry and cherry. Fruity and juicy flavour with just a hint of caramel. It has a soft and pleasant aftertaste.
