Tasting Notes
This fun, spicy wine is a blend of Baga, Cabernet Sauvignon and Castelao. It delights with complex aromas of wild blackberry, raspberry, plum, floral, smoke and baking spices. Good concentration on the palate, with each of the aromatic characteristics making an encore. Fresh acidity provides nice delineation. Pair with smoked sausages, barbecued chicken or Manchego cheese.
