Tasting Notes
A great value from Chablis, this wine showcases the purity of character of unoaked Chardonnay at its best. The nose is notably floral with citrus and stone-fruit notes. Crisply dry with juicy apple, pear and mineral flavours leading to a tangy, long finish. Well structured yet still light on its feet, it would be a lovely match for steamed mussels with fennel, or oysters on the half shell. (VINTAGES panel, May 2011)
