Tasting Notes
Mid-priced marvel. Great grape. Soft and creamy mid-palate for you modernists, along with that 'something not familiar' quality that you get from grapes you are less familiar with. Something merlot-esque here, with its plummy fruit and that suave texture. But this isn't merlot, it's agiorgitiko and there's something delicately herbal underneath, and the tannins are less refined. Serve at 18C. Drink now.
