Tasting Notes
A very good Pinot that really shows of the quality of Oregon. A very pretty nose of rose petals, cherry cola, raspberry, herbs, vanilla and spice. The palate is dry and medium bodied with good character, depth and structure. The tannins are smooth and well balanced by the acidity to form a nice backdrop for the ripe black cherry, raspberry, sweet oak, spice and vanilla notes. Try with roast duck with a cranberry glaze.
