Tasting Notes
Medium yellow amber colour; delicate, yet complex aromas of caramel, citrus marmalade and sweet fruit, with floral/dried hay and nutty tones; off-dry, warm and creamy on the palate, flavours of citrus/orange peel, butter pastry, light spice and notes of almond, custard and pear eau de vie.

Serving Suggestions
Serve neat at 'tea' with croissants, scones or shortbreads and preserves or use in homemade citrus marmalades or fruit preserves.
